 Studied the compositional aspects of whey available in Mumbai with changes during storage.
 Developed a technology for processing of whey to improve its shelf life.

 Studied the microbial quality and shelf life of the whey drink by using different packaging materials.
 Estimated the economics of the developed health drink.
